SP2 Architectural Office executes services of the whole chain of design and planning, namely:

• architectural design for residential, public, and industrial buildings։ development of conceptual proposals and technical detailed packages, preparation of cost estimations and bid packages;
• development of urban planning proposals, including master plans, zoning plans, urban design conceptual proposals;
• development of project packages for the preservation of historical sites and monuments, including restoration, reuse, and conservation proposals, as well as conservation management plans;
• (with the greatest delight) design proposals and implementation of small-scale projects for pavilions, exhibitions and other spatial designs;
• project management, acting not only as a designer but also on a client’s behalf in construction projects of various scale;
• preparation of Terms of References (ToR) for packages of construction projects of different scope;
• preparation and organization of architectural and urban competition packages in accordance with international standards;
• consultancy on urban planning and community development;
• specialized consultancy on large scale development and real estate transactions.
