Vocational educational institution presents a complex with two educational buildings, a gym, an exhibition area and a parking lot. Armenian tuff, green roofs, rough concrete and glass were used for exterior finishing. Solar panels are located on the southern fronts; the latter are sunscreen and a perfect solution for energy efficiency. The green roofs of the buildings serve a couple of purposes, among them rainwater collection, sound isolation, maintaining low temperature in summer and keeping heat in winter. They are also used as a platform for the plantation of green beds for educational purposes.
