The district with private houses built in Yerevan in the 1950s of the last century is slowly transforming into a district with multi-story buildings. To ensure a least obtrusive transformation, the six-story apartment building was transformed into separate buildings to preserve the spirit and scale of the district.
Commercial areas of the first floor, including common areas of the apartment and the flat roof of general use, will be utilized to ensure a semiprivate house type.
