In recent years, due to the active construction works in the center of Yerevan, various segments has come out of the logic of construction. Taking into account the real estate values, all these parts are subject for the simple elimination. Such was the case with the group of 1-2 storey houses at the intersection of Amiryan and Saryan streets. Considering the upper part thereof from the side of an apartment building and hotel, it was proposed to preserve and transform the circle of integration and transformation of adjacent school, which dates back to the 1950s.
Within the framework of the project, the school No. 5 after Mushegh Ishkhan was to be reinforced and modernized, as well as secure its lasting existence. The suggested solution was to connect together one of the ancient districts of Yerevan, Kond and Main Avenue.
