In recent years, due to active construction in the center of Yerevan, various segments have come out of the logic of the construction processes. Considering the real estate values, these segments face imminent loss. Such was the case with a group of 1-2 story houses at the intersection of Amiryan and Saryan streets.
Given the apartment building and the hotel in the upper part of the distruct, it was proposed to preserve and transform the circle of integration and transformation of adjacent school, which dates to the 1950s.
Within the framework of the project, school No. 5 after Mushegh Ishkhan was to be reinforced and modernized to secure its lasting existence. The suggested solution was to connect one of the ancient districts of Yerevan, Kond and the Main Avenue.
